We recently purchased a property that was listed by Marcus. We had our own agent already and typically would not interact with the "listing agent". However, this particular transaction went down several routes that no one had ever been and it got quite complicated quickly with new obstacles daily, which presented the opportunity to meet and work directly with Marcus. If it had not been for Marcus stepping way outside his role, this transaction had the propensity to end up in a really bad situation. I would highly recommend Marcus if you are looking for an agent to help you here in N. Idaho.

I just wanted to share a portion of my experience with Marcus. When he was selling my house, he was a consummate professional. Marcus was available for every need I had whether it was forms, pictures or comparisons etc. He presented my home to several potential buyers. One of them stopped by for a second look and commented on his professionalism.
